Yard Sale

Last weekend we had a yard sale. I sold Kool-Aid and played my guitar. I made about $4.75 after giving the Weiser girls and my sister their share of the profits. I plan to use the money for LEGO Club Magazine. Even though my friend George, who gets the magazine says it's free for joining the LEGO Club, I'm getting the money just to be sure. My mom says for my hard work, she and my dad would get it for me as soon as we talk it over.

HI Parrish,
You look really good with your guitar. Jefferson was supposed to be learning how to play the banjo, but he told me he hasn't made any progress. Maybe you should write him and tell him to get on the ball. Then later you guts could play a song together.

Parrish, you rock. By the way, it's not my favorite holiday but one of my favorites is Mardi Gras. There are maching bands and parades where people throw beads and stuffed animals and dubloons. Also, alot of people dress up like Halloween. Only, not scary.

Parrish,

I'm real happy to hear that you have been challenging yourself. You're absolutely, right. Anything that you set your mind to you can accomplish (assuming you don't try to do anything ridiculous). You keep being a good sport and challenging yourself and I bet you'll have so many lego sets that you won't know what to do with them all. Tell George I said hi. Love, Andrew

I think my favorite holiday may be your birthday, but I don't get to see you very often on your birthday' so I think I like Christmas because I get to see you. I love you, Gigi

Your post made me think about when I was a kid and my mom had garage sales. My sister and I would sell lemonade and brownies. I don't remember what we did with the money that we earned, though! LEGO magazine sounds pretty fun.
